Strigard Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: 26/08/2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully before creating an account or using Strigard. Using the Service means you fully accept these Terms.

1. Identification

Strigard is an independent software project developed and operated by an individual developer acting in his own name (the "Strigard", the "Service" or the "Software"). Sales and billing are carried out by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), which acts as the merchant of record and seller of the Service. For any question you can contact us at contact@strigard.app.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering, downloading, installing or using Strigard, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not register or use the Service.

3. Description of the Service and absence of affiliation

3.1. Strigard is an independent automation tool for the online game Travian: Legends, offered as downloadable software for Windows (10/11) with an associated subscription service. The Software is not available for other operating systems.

3.2. Strigard is NOT affiliated with, associated with, connected to, sponsored by, authorized by, endorsed by or approved in any way by Travian Games GmbH, nor by any of its subsidiaries, partners or official server operators. There is no commercial, contractual or any other kind of relationship between Strigard and Travian Games GmbH.

3.3. "Travian" and "Travian: Legends" are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned solely for descriptive purposes (nominative use), to identify the game the Software is compatible with, without claiming any rights over those trademarks.

3.4. Travian Games GmbH and the game server operators are not responsible for the Software and have no connection with it. Likewise, Strigard is not responsible for the decisions, penalties, suspensions or bans that those third parties may apply to game accounts (see section 7).

3.5. No use of third-party game assets. The Software does not include, copy, redistribute or incorporate any graphics, images, icons, logos, sounds, texts or any other asset owned by Travian Games GmbH or by the game server operators. All visual and audio elements of the Software have been created by or for Strigard and are our own original work. The Software operates as an independent client that interacts with the game through its public web interface, in the same way a user would through a browser.

4. Minimum age and eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. User account

5.1. To access certain features you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password.

5.2. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5.3. Your Strigard account must be registered with the same email address you use for your game account. The Software validates your licence against this email address; if they do not match, the Software will not work. It is your sole responsibility to register with the correct email address, and registering with a different one does not entitle you to a refund outside the terms of section 12.

6. Software licence (EULA)

6.1. The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable amounts, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and limited licence to install and use the Software for its intended purpose.

Strigard and its licensors retain full title to and ownership of the Software at all times, including its source code, object code, structure, algorithms, interfaces, graphic design, documentation and any update or derivative work. What you acquire when you subscribe is exclusively a temporary right of use conditional on an active subscription: it is not a sale, and it does not transfer to you any intellectual or industrial property right over the Software, in whole or in part.

6.2. Licence binding. Each licence is tied to your user account and to a limited number of game accounts and/or Software instances, depending on the plan purchased. Using the same licence simultaneously on multiple game accounts, devices or unauthorized instances may result in the suspension or revocation of the licence, with no right to a refund.

6.3. Restrictions on use. You may not: (a) resell, rent, lend, sublicense, assign, publish or redistribute the Software or your licence, whether free of charge or for a fee; (b) use the Software on behalf of third parties, or as the basis of a service offered to third parties; (c) remove, hide or alter any copyright notice, trademark or ownership notice contained in the Software.

6.4. Technical restrictions. You expressly undertake not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, extract, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the Software, nor to attempt by any means to access, obtain or reconstruct its source code, its internal logic or its licensing and protection mechanisms.

Likewise, you may not circumvent, disable, tamper with or interfere with the Software's licensing, verification, control or limitation mechanisms, nor use tools intended for that purpose.

These restrictions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Where mandatory law (in particular Article 100.5 and 100.6 of the Spanish Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Act, and Articles 5 and 6 of Directive 2009/24/EC) recognises a right to perform certain acts of observation, study or decompilation strictly for interoperability purposes, that right remains unaffected, and you undertake to notify us beforehand at contact@strigard.app so that we can provide the necessary information ourselves.

6.5. Reservation of rights. The Software, the "Strigard" brand, the website and all its contents are owned by Strigard or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6.6. Updates. The Software includes an automatic update system that may download and install updates in the background, without requiring your manual intervention, in order to fix bugs, improve functionality or maintain compatibility with the game. By installing the Software you acknowledge and accept this automatic update mechanism. Such updates are subject to these same Terms unless stated otherwise.

7. Game accounts, credentials and assumption of risk

7.1. Strigard is not liable for the penalties, suspensions or account closures that the game operators may impose on you. You acknowledge that the use of automation software may contravene the rules of the game, and you fully and exclusively assume that risk.

This may result, among other consequences, in warnings, restrictions on your account, temporary suspension or the permanent ban of your game account, together with the loss of any progress, resources or items associated with it.

7.2. You use Strigard entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the decision to use it, for its configuration and for all consequences arising from such use.

7.3. We do not guarantee that the use of Strigard is undetectable or that it will avoid any penalty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assume no liability for the loss of game accounts, progress, virtual resources, villages or troops.

7.4. You expressly acknowledge that any penalty applied by the game's publisher or by the game server operators is a decision made solely by those third parties, over which Strigard has no control and no ability to intervene, review or reverse.

7.5. For security reasons, Strigard does not store your game passwords on our servers. These credentials are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability and dependence on third parties

8.1. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may temporarily suspend access, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates, technical incidents, security reasons or any other cause, including causes beyond our control.

8.2. Dependence on third-party providers. You acknowledge that the operation of the Service depends on systems and services operated by third parties over which we have no control, including in particular:

We are not liable for outages, interruptions, degraded performance, data loss, errors or changes in service caused by any of these providers, nor for the consequences these may have on the availability of the Software or on your game account. Should any of these providers suffer an incident, the Software may stop working in whole or in part until it is resolved.

Any change, interruption or measure taken by such third parties may partially or totally affect the operation of the Service without giving rise to any compensation, indemnity or refund, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may hold as a consumer.

9. The Software is provided "as is"

9.1. The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9.2. We do not warrant that the Software is error-free or compatible with all game versions or servers.

9.3. We do not warrant any specific result from using the Software.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strigard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of game accounts, bans, loss of data, loss of progress or financial losses, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

10.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including wilful misconduct, gross negligence, harm to people's life or health, or any mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable consumer law.

11. Subscriptions, prices and payments

11.1. The Service is offered through paid subscription plans and, where applicable, a trial period and/or a limited free tier. The current plans and prices are shown on the website.

11.2. Payments are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), which acts as the merchant of record and is therefore the seller/reseller of the Service for the purposes of the transaction. Invoices and any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are issued and managed by Paddle. Your card, banking and full payment details are entered directly into Paddle's secure checkout and are never received, processed or stored by us or on our servers; we only receive confirmation metadata about the transaction (such as plan, amount and payment status).

11.3. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel renewal at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no refund of the current period except as required by law.

11.4. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. New prices apply to renewals after such notice.

12. Right of withdrawal and refunds

12.1. The Service consists of the supply of digital content and digital services. Where mandatory consumer protection law grants you a right of withdrawal, by purchasing the Service you expressly request that performance begin immediately and acknowledge that, once performance has started with your prior consent, you will lose any such right of withdrawal.

12.2. This consent is collected expressly during the purchase process operated by Paddle as merchant of record: by completing the checkout you accept Paddle's buyer terms and conditions, which include your express consent to the immediate performance of the service and the acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the transmission of the digital content or service has begun.

12.3. Voluntary commercial guarantee (refund policy).

As stated in section 12.1, once performance of the service has begun with your prior express consent, you no longer hold a legal right of withdrawal over this digital content. Notwithstanding the above, and as a purely voluntary commercial concession on our part, we offer the following goodwill guarantee:

You may request a full refund within the first fourteen (14) days after your first purchase, provided that the Service has not been substantially used. "Substantially used" means more than two (2) hours of accumulated bot execution time, as recorded by our licence and usage systems.

This guarantee is granted freely by Strigard and does not constitute a legal obligation, nor does it replace, extend or waive the legal regime of section 12.1. We may modify or withdraw it for future purchases, with reasonable advance notice and with no retroactive effect on purchases already made.

Refunds of renewal payments, and refunds requested after this period or beyond this usage threshold, are not available. None of the above limits any mandatory right that consumer protection law in your country of residence may grant you (for example, in the event of a non-conforming or defective product); those rights apply in full and independently of this commercial guarantee.

Refund requests are handled through Paddle, our merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for the full detail, or write to us at contact@strigard.app and we will help you coordinate the request.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to breach the security of our systems or infrastructure; (c) interfere with the normal operation of the Service or the network; (d) circumvent the technical or licensing limits of the Service; (e) insult, threaten, harass or direct abusive, discriminatory or degrading language at the people who provide support for the Service. Specific restrictions regarding the Software are detailed in section 6.

Conduct towards support staff. Support is provided by real people, and we undertake to answer you courteously and in good faith. We expect the same treatment in return. Exercising your right to disagree, to complain or to claim what you consider fair is legitimate and will never be penalised. Insults, threats, harassment and discriminatory or hateful language will not be tolerated.

Where these rules of conduct are breached, we will act proportionately to the seriousness of the conduct:

This measure is a direct consequence of the breach of the terms of use and not a discretionary decision. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory right granted to you by the consumer protection law of your country of residence, nor your right to challenge the decision via contact@strigard.app.

14. Anti-fraud, misuse and technical measures

14.1. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licences, without refund, where we detect reasonable evidence of licence sharing, unauthorized distribution, simultaneous use on more game accounts, devices or instances than permitted, payment fraud or any use contrary to these Terms.

14.2. Improper chargebacks or non-payment will result in immediate suspension of the Service, without prejudice to any action to collect the amounts owed.

14.3. Technical measures. To protect the Service, our infrastructure and all users, we may apply technical measures including, among others, the detection of abusive use of the Service or licence, limiting the number of simultaneous connections or sessions, and blocking or restricting access when we detect suspicious usage patterns or patterns contrary to these Terms.

15. Geographic limitation

The Service is intended primarily for users located in countries where its use is lawful. You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. If using the Service is not lawful in your country or region, you must refrain from using it.

16. Suspension and termination

16.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent or abusive use, or legal requirement.

16.2. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Termination of the licence, for any reason, requires you to cease using the Software.

17. Survival of clauses

The termination of the licence or of your account — for any reason, whether at your initiative, at ours, or through non-payment — does not extinguish the clauses which by their nature must remain in force. The following sections survive termination indefinitely and continue to bind both parties:

In particular, and for the avoidance of doubt: ceasing to use the Software or having your licence revoked does not entitle you to copy, distribute, decompile or reverse engineer it, nor does it revive any intellectual property right in your favour.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Strigard harmless against any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

19. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will inform you of material changes by reasonable means (for example, by email or via a notice on the website). Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

20. Governing law and disputes

20.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

20.2. If you are a consumer, you retain the rights granted to you by the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

20.3. For any complaint, please contact us first at contact@strigard.app and we will do our best to resolve it amicably. Depending on your country of residence, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution bodies for consumer disputes.
