Strigard Refund Policy
Last updated: 26/08/2026
This Refund Policy explains who sells you Strigard, what statutory rights you have depending on where you live, and how to request a refund. It complements section 12 of our Terms & Conditions; where this page and the Terms describe the same right, they are meant to be read together.
1. Who sells Strigard
Strigard uses Paddle as its merchant of record (Paddle.com Market Ltd.). Paddle is the seller of record for every purchase, and is responsible for billing, payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes such as VAT, and refunds.
This means your purchase contract for the payment is with Paddle, not with us. Your card, banking and full payment details are entered directly into Paddle's secure checkout and are never received, processed or stored by us or on our servers.
2. Paddle's terms take precedence
All transactions are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, available at:
Where anything on this page differs from Paddle's policy, Paddle's policy prevails, because Paddle is the seller of record.
3. Statutory right of withdrawal
Your statutory rights depend on where you live. As set out in Paddle's policy:
- EU/EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland — you have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a digital content contract, counted from the date of purchase. Please note the standard exception for digital content: this right no longer applies once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed with your express consent to begin immediately and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. That consent is collected during Paddle's checkout.
- Turkey and Israel — you have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw following purchase.
- Other regions — different statutory rights may apply (for example, shorter unconditional cancellation windows in some countries). Paddle's Refund Policy sets out the position for each region and always takes precedence.
None of the above limits any mandatory right that consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you, for example where the product is faulty or does not match its description. Those rights apply in full and independently of this policy.
4. Our voluntary guarantee
Because the exception in section 3 means many customers lose the statutory right of withdrawal as soon as they start using the app, we offer a voluntary commercial guarantee on top of it, described in full in section 12.3 of the Terms:
You may request a full refund within the first fourteen (14) days after your first purchase, provided the Service has not been substantially used — meaning no more than two (2) hours of accumulated bot execution time, as recorded by our licence and usage systems.
This guarantee is granted freely by Strigard and is not a legal obligation. It does not replace, extend or waive the statutory position described above. We may modify or withdraw it for future purchases with reasonable advance notice, and never retroactively for purchases already made.
5. Subscriptions and renewals
Strigard is sold as a subscription. Two consequences follow:
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the period you are currently in. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. The current period is only refunded if it is covered by a statutory right under section 3 or by our voluntary guarantee under section 4.
- Renewal payments generally carry no right of withdrawal, since the withdrawal right attaches to entering the contract rather than to each subsequent charge. Some jurisdictions are an exception; Paddle's policy sets out the detail.
6. How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the seller of record, refunds are issued by Paddle. You can request one in any of these ways:
- Use the refund link in the purchase confirmation email Paddle sent you.
- Go to paddle.net, look up your purchase and select the refund option.
- Use the link on your receipt or billing page.
You can also write to us at contact@strigard.app and we will help you coordinate the request with Paddle. Note that we can assist and advocate for you, but the refund decision and the payment itself are made by Paddle.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
